Chutney Brown Rice

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1 cup S&W® Brown Rice
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup mango chutney
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tsp curry powder


Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. Sauté onions and celery in margarine. Add remaining ingredients and cooked rice. Heat through.
